The more primary of my vehicles was on the road the very next day after pickup making a speedy 24 hour turn around trip from MA to NY and back with no problems whatsoever! All of my vehicles remain in service with no issues, and, other than routine maintenance, had not been to Manny's in quite some time. Bottom line: Manny's keeps my vehicles in tip top shape at affordable prices.

I have a well maintained 2004 Lexus GX470 that runs perfectly but all of a sudden started to make a very loud rattling noise. At first the problem seemed to go away when the AC was turned off but soon reappeared. My concern was that if I brought the car in to the Lexus dealer to be repaired without any idea what was wrong with it the potential the repair bill could be very expensive. My plan was just to bring it to a repair shop to get a general idea of what was wrong with the car and what it would cost to fix it. To Angie’s list I went. Once here I found someone had written a glowing review of Manny and Sons Auto repair so I thought I’d give them. a try I called Manny and described the problem and asked him how much he would charge to troublshoot the problem for me. He said that there would be no charge if he could troubleshoot the problem walking around the car but that if he had to put it on the lift there would be a slight charge but if he did he repair the charge would be credited towards the cost of the repair. Manny was able to see me the same day. He immediately heard the rattling noise, looked under the hood but found nothing. He put the car put on the lift and very quickly identified the culprit, a loose exhaust shield. The exhaust-shield shields the heat from the exhaust pipe from the undercarriage of the car. The bolts on the exhaust shied had worked themselves loose over time and fallen off (one even completely rotted off). I only know this because Manny let me see for myself and explained both the problem and the fix with me. Manny only charged me $24 (but only took $20) to re-bolt the heat shield back into its proper place. I’d be hard pressed to get the same day phenomenal service at such a ridiculously low price anywhere else. Manny knows what every smart business man should know, if you treat people right they’ll keep coming back. Manny has made a believer out of me; as I intend to be a lifelong customer of Manny’s. Hopefully I've left no doubt to the reader of this review why I believe Manny’s and Sons deserves your business as well.

We heard good things about Manny's after we moved to Rehoboth and started using them for our auto repairs and maintenance. Like one review says below, these guys are honest - they do what needs to be done and that's it. I'm not an expert on cars by any means but our bills have always been extremely reasonable in my opinion. Plus I've stopped in several times and talked to Chris about different things - he always takes the time to explain and give advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have on several occasions.

Excellent - Have used Manny's for 16 years on all of our cars. These repairs above were due to normal wear at my request. Old parts were shown to me at pick up; Car was completed on time and owner personnaly tests drives repairs before owner picks them up. What I really appreciate is that many times I have asked for something to be replaced and they call and tell me that (whatever it is...belts, brakes etc) are still fine - and do not require replacing yet. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. Manny's has worked on our two cars, did an inspection of my son's car before we bought it and now does repairs for that car. Nothing but praise for their honesty, competency and fair price.
