 + 3 moreMy experience with him has been excellent. That's why I've used him several times. He's very good at what he does. He's very reliable. He's possibly pricey but it's very good quality work. He seems to be able to get started fairly quickly. I think he's very busy but I asked him about this stuff about three weeks ago and he started a couple of days ago. He gets all his guys organized. He normally gets one third when the proposal is signed, another third part of the way through the thing, and the last third at the end. He's basically a very good carpenter. He cleans up after himself, too. He takes everything away. He even vacuums the driveway where he's been using his tools and what not.
Description of Work: I'm currently using a local carpenter that I've used several times over the last 20 years, Heritage Steeple Jack & Construction. They're doing some work on my house. He put me a whole new roof on the house a few years ago. At the moment, he's replacing the trim on my house with vinyl wood trim. He's put me a skylight in. He's put me a new support post under the deck. He's put in new gutters.
