We were having issues with bees in the basement, just just one here or there, dozens a day! He'd kill them and more would show up the next day. Flynn was recommend by several members of an organization I belong too, said they were reasonable and honest. Gave them a call explained my situation and where I lived. He said he'd call back to set up an appointment, about 30 mins later he showed up at my door! When has that ever happened ever? He evaluated the situation, explained they werent bees, they were hornets or bees, I dont remember. He said the nest was about 1-2 feet wide, hidden behind a board about 6 inches from the outside wall. He got out his bee suit and some kind of white powder, about 30 minutes later he was done, he sprayed and removed the nest and then sprayed into the sections behind the drywall he couldn't reach. We havent seen one wasp/critter since. He siad they wont come back to this particular spot again. Here's hoping I plugged enough holes that they don't find a way in next fall to build a new home!

We initially thought it was a single grey squirrel in the attic, so the folks set up traps that work well with that type of squirrel. Since the squirrel was eating the bait without tripping the trap, it was apparent that they culprit was something smaller. Jay, the wildlife person at Flynn Pest Control, surmised that it must be a flying squirrel, so we tried a few different tricks, none of which work. The final trick was to deploy a set of large snap traps. In one night, we caught three squirrels. Since that time, there has been no squirrel activity, so it seems we caught the whole family.
Note that we had issues at the end with punctuality and responsiveness, but it turns out that our guy, Jay, had gotten sick and had passed away suddenly just after he had caught the squirrels. Thus, the company was mourning the loss and was scrambling.

I had one of Flynns Pest Control techs come out to my home a few months back when ants were invading my home. They did a great job in stopping the infestation. So when my contractor pulled out a garage door today that needed replacing and found an active nest I called right away. Within the hour a very friendly and helpful tech was out to inspect and put a stop to the ants. If that isn't service I don't know what is!

I initially contacted Flynn Pest Control in July 31, 2013. From the very beginning they were nothing short of professional. Mike arrived at the appointed time and addressed all of my concerns. He answered all of my questions, regardless of how insignificant they may have been. I have spoken to several other pest control companies and received prices ranging from $1,700 - 5,500, for a conventional treatment, which was a longer procedure requiring multiple visits. This was done in one day and I could not be happier with the results. There were several gliches that came up during the scheduling, but Joe was more than PATIENT. On the day of treatment, Mike and Justin arrive at 8:15 AM, as planned, got to work, by 4:20 PM I received a call stating the job complete. I arrive to a very hot house, by everything was intact, no more disarray than I expected and evrybody slept peacefully.
I cannot express how SATISFIED I am with the service I received. My house is bug free, and my family is itch free.

They were good. They were very helpful.

The Tech was courteous and quick to ask us to describe our ant problem. He got right to work starting in the basement assessing the situation and placing powder on the sill in the area our ant problem seemed to be coming from. He worked his way up spraying around baseboards, then outdoors dousing the foundation. It was quick and efficient.

I haven't had any problems since they treated our house. They come and they do a good job....they are excellent. I have to give them an A.
