The two men were very professional and did a great job. They removed 14 pairs of shutters, painted and put back up. They also painted the trim around my front door. They were very nice and was finished with the project in 2 1/2 hours.

Very professional in the estimate, description of services, etc. They do a very careful job going over all the details of what is done, in writing, with pictures and checking on details (color, door, trim, etc.).
But they sub-contract out the work to non-american sub workers. So the house we saw done by them, was not what we got. Our crew spoke little english, and really did not spend enough time on the scraping (true, it was in very bad shape. it should have been scraped for 1.5 weeks. They did not do that). The some parts of the house really needed detailed treatement.
We will see how soon it starts to peel again.

*** UPDATE ***

I called them about the peeling, they sent a 2nd crew that did a much much better job on the peeling parts than the first. Supplied their own paint. No cost. I am now giving them an overall "A". It looks like it depends on which crew you get. This second crew was great.

The work completed by CertaPro was excellent!  The painters and owners were very professional and easy to work with.  I didn't have any issues during any portion of the project and would definitely recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for quality work.

Your search for a professional painting company ends here.  We went through a couple of different painting company and Certapro of Attleboro will be the only one that I can comfortably recommend to friends/family. The main concerns for me when working with any contractors are reliability and their workmanship. I need to know that they'll be able to finish intime and provide excellent service during that allocated time.  Certapro of Attleboro surpassed my expectations and I was extremely happy with the finished product!
Our project all started with Tina Hasson.  We contacted about 7 different painting companies and only 2 actually got back to us in a timely manner.  One was a painting company close to our home and the other was Certapro of Attleboro.  Tina represented Certapro and provided us with the estimate.  She was able to provide us with an estimate that was close to 50% less than the competitors!  She also helped us choose a wonderful color for both the outside and the inside. After a lot of revision, addition, clarifications and etc. we were able to secure a date and price.  Tina was great throughout the whole process.  Communication is usually poor when dealing with contractors but Tina was different.  She was timely with all of her responses and to the point, I like that.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering painting their house. For their price, their work, and their professionalism they truly are a brush above the rest of all the other painting companies around.

The workers from Certapro of Attleboro did a great job. They did an excellent job with the clean up too. I would use them again in the future.
