Nice people, good service, explained the options, turned around the new rugs quickly. Can't really comment on how their price compares as I didn't do any comparison shopping.

Rick did an amazing and thorough job in all four areas. The stuborn dirt from the high traffic area in the family room is gone and all of the carpets look great!
