I brought the computer to his house, which is close to 128 and rte 28N. He called me when it was ready and since then it has worked well. He called me a few times while he was working on it to get my password and answers to a security question and as I
use two-step verification I called him when they sent me the code which he needed to open up my gmail.
I had looked on youtube before I went to Paul but what I found there did not work (trying 'inspect element'), just answers had no answer for me but they charged my credit card anyway (which is in dispute now), and another service would work on my computer remotely which I wasn't willing to try. Trying to get help from Google was no good (after many tries) and calling Apple for help (which service I have paid for) ended up causing other problems on my computer (losing Pages, etc.) So I was extremely grateful when Paul could get it back.
