O'neill Heating & Construction

Steve O'Neill and his carpenter, Mike, started the job on 2/13/12.  They worked from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. every day, M-F and took 1/2 hour for lunch. Except for their half hour break at lunch, they worked the whole time they were here. We never heard them cuss. They were always polite and pleasant to deal with. They always got along great with each other.They took great pride in their work and really enjoy what they do. All of their subcontractors were just as nice and professional to deal with. They answered all of our questions and relieved all of our concerns.They treated our home with respect.  Every day they put down pads on the floor when they arrived and took them up before they left. They cleaned up the work areas every day before they left. The entire job was was finished sixteen days later on 3/5/12. Their price was the most reasonable for the scope of the work and they stayed within the quoted amount.   We were very happy with them and with the quality of their work.  We'd absolutely hire them again.
