Morelli plumbing was recommended by my neighbor. The job they did was very good. Their plumber showed up professionally. But all of the above can not offset the outrageous hour rate. Here is the whole story: 1. In early December, I found the water dripping in my basement. I did some check up and was pretty sure the water was from my kitchen sink. 2. The very first time I called Morelli plumbing on 12/12/2016 to schedule a appointment to fix the leak. 3. The plumber came to my house the following day (12/13/16). He could not figure out the root cause but took some pictures of the kitchen sink and basement. The visit took about 5 minutes. 4. I called Morelli pluming the following day (12/14/16) for an estimate. I was told that they have no idea how much the fix would cost. But they may send 2 plumbers between 7:00 to 7:30 AM on 12/15 to get it fixed the same day and bill me. 5. One plumber showed up at 7:40 AM on 12/15; 10 minutes late than their promised time. I understood that it was the Boston morning traffic. 10 minutes late was totally acceptable. 6. The plumber tool about 20 minutes and found out the pipe junction wasn't properly sealed which caused the water leaking/dripping. The fix was easier than they had expected. So the plumber drove his truck out to get the sealing material. (I was a little surprised that a experienced plumber didn't have it stocked his truck) 7 The plumber came back 40 minutes later. Then the rest is pretty straightforward. The plumber fixed it and bill me $640, and then left my house by 9:30 AM. I called Morelli plumbing later and was told it's 4 hours labor at $145/hr plus material. Their normal labor rate is $160/hr. So I got almost %10 DISCOUNT for labor. Don't get me wrong, I have no complain about the job they did. But I think the way they charged labor was OUTRAGEOUS. I believe you can find a lot of quality plumbing companies in Boston area. But you won't be billed a lot.

I found Steve on Angie's List and reached out to him. He immediately responded while he was on vacation and said it would be no problem to service our home. He was quick to come over, give a quote and was always there on the dates and times he said he would be. He finished the job in no time and stood by his work! We were very pleased with Steve and I would highly recommend him to do any of your plumbing work. I know I will definitely use him again!

It went very well. The water heater started leaking overnight and in the morning it was about of inch of water in the baseman. I called Steve and he stop by our house the same day to give us an estimate. He installed the new water heather the next day and also replaced our food processor in the kitchen. They did an excellent job and very quickly. We were very happy. The next morning (a Saturday), the water heather stopped working. I called Steve and he came that day and replace the whole water heater in about one hour. We were very happy with his quick response. Price was reasonable and Steve and his employees were courteous and attentive

The work went flawlessly. I have found my new go-to guy for all things one would ever call a plumber for! Morelli Plumbing is great -- he's quick to reply to calls, very knowledgeable about his craft, and his guys left my bathrooms and basement spotless after the work was done (now how many plumbers can you say THAT about?!). I expect this is the start of a long and beautiful relationship :-)

My phone call was returned promptly and within two hours I had an estimate on the work for the installation of the toilet of my choice. First thing the next morning my new toilet was installed perfectly.

The leak started on a Saturday after business hours. Even though it was outside his normal business hours, Steve responded promptly to my text for a quote. He offered to come by first thing Monday morning ( 8:00 am) to give me an estimate. Once on-site he determined that he would have to open up the kitchen ceiling to access the pipes causing the problem. At this point he quoted me a price of $375, and I gave him the go ahead to start. He and his assistants replaced a significant section of the shower drain (the p-trap and all piping between the tub and the trap) with standard PVC drain pipe. He kept the bill to his previously stated estimate even though several complications arose as the work progressed. I am very happy with the work that Steve and his guys did and plan to hire him again to look at some other issues.

This review is long overdue. These guys were great and will be my plumbers going forward.
I knew it was time for a new hot water heater and after searching Angie's List for plumbers I saw some good reviews for Morellis Plumbing. I called and the owner Steve answered right away. He answered all my questions and concerns and had his workers over in no time. The plumbers were young, hard working professionals and did a great job. The company's website says it all and it is 100% true!! As follows:

Everything went smooth and took no time at all.

Last Sunday morning, the hot water tank broke at my rental property in Amesbury MA.  My tenant called our usual plumber who came over to look and gave us a price of $1,850 to replace the tank.  I thought that was a little steep so I looked on Craig's list and saw an ad by Morelli's Plumbing.  I usually am a bit leary of Craig's list but since I found Morelli's on Angie's list, I decided to text them and see if they could fix it.  Anyway, I was promptly answered by Steve Sunday evening and he was there promptly on Monday morning at 9am to replace the tank.  Super service!  Super price!  Saved me a ton of $$$.  Call them, you won't be disappointed!!!

Two repairmen arrived promptly and went right to work.  I do have good water pressure at the kitchen sink now, but the faucet,
which was not originally a problem, had to be replaced.  The valve in the bathroom was fixed, but it is still very hard to turn off the shower water,  Lastly, the repairmen left the house with water dripping from our main shut off valve.  My husband had to fix the
leak.

These guys were great. 4 hours from first call to job complete. They used German heavy duty copper pipe and high quality fittings that could stand up to our acid water....the difference in the materials was visible....the person who installed the old heater used regular or thinner copper pipe which sprouted pinhole leaks while we were on vacation?.....Morelli's repaired pinhole leak pipes at no extra charge.... Glad we tried these guys based on Angies List reviews. We'll use them again for sure.

Service was excellent.  Steve responded shortly after contacting him.  He was able to come out the same day and get the work done promptly and was very professional.  I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The provider came right out on a Sunday night and finished the job in a timely manner. Price was less than I expected.

Steve was great. Boiler completely stopped working at the worst possible time and the fix was not an obvious one. Steve came by on three separate days mainly due to needing to order speciality parts for our older boiler before it finally came back to life. He put in a great deal of time and effort and charged a more than appropriate price for the job. 
We have used his services for other items before and will absolutely continue to use his services for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Steve was thorough, made sure the work was done right, and his prices were reasonable. Even the plumbing inspector commented positively about the obvious quality of his work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent.
I sent an email via Angie's list and received a reply immediately.  Steve  and his apprentice came the next morning and completed the job.
Excellent service. Immediate response.
Cleaned up before they left.
