We usually schedule online. They have taken away this feature. I like these guys. They are reasonable, and quick. I like the owner here, and have always had a good experience. I do not have any complaints. I have been going here for about 1 year now. The price is very competitive.

I brought my Toyota Avalon in for a muffler repair. They diagnosed a failed catalytic converter and did both at the same time. Blah service and mediocre pricing.

They even keep parts stocked there for me that most places don't even carry. They have better than usual prices and they are great about calling me back quickly. I have been going there for years.

Today I received the worst possible customer service at Meineke center 231 located 117 Main St, Reading MA 01867. Mr. William S. does not respect his customers and very rude person. This was my first visit to any Meineke and now skeptical. First, Mr William S. refused to take his own coupons that I had printed out from the website (15 off any service over 100) and I was having 30,000 mile service done. He started arguing that the coupon is for parts even though coupon is for service not parts. And then he said its not his coupon. After further arguing, he agreed to give me discount but as if he is giving me a charity and doing me a favor and in need of his money. Then in anger he refused to do the service and thus denied the service. Indeed it was very disappointing and would never go back to a place where customers are treated as beggars. Mr. William S. Mckinnon is very rude and insulting.
