I don't like to leave negative reviews, I know businesses are out there to make money and support their workers and families but sometimes I can't help it when something is this asinine. First, they were prompt both from the initial phone call and for the service call itself. The guy was polite and easy going and communication was pretty good too. But, regardless of how prompt they are or how polite they are they charged $425.00 for a little over 40 minutes of work and an $8.95 part. I don't know how they can justify this, I mean, they can't, there is nothing they can say that will make this acceptable. From my perspective, they're just taking advantage of people and it's very scummy. Buyer beware, make sure you get a quote before proceeding, lesson learned I guess.

Gus and Steve did a great job diagnosing, finding and fixing the problem. They were thorough, professional and efficient and did an overall fantastic job. They were also upfront and honest about the work to be done and especially the pricing. I really appreciate the work they did and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Tango Plumbing Tango plumbing was able to get a plumber to stop by within a few hours of my call. Steve was able to look over my current toilet plumbing set up and saw that it was originally installed incorrectly over the tile. He fixed the issue and verified it was working without any leaks. He also showed me the O-ring issue which looked really old, worn. I will hire this company for my future plumbing needs.

Mark and his team worked diligently and the job was massive. Their expertise and craftsmanship are excellent. I highly recommend you hire Mark and his team. I will use them for all future projects. Note: They are highly responsive, which in itself is difficult to find these days.

Hired Tango a little over a year ago to install a new hybrid electric heat pump water heater. At the time I was satisfied with the job, although I thought it was pretty expensive at $3500, more than half of which was for labor. Unfortunately, I noticed a puddle of water around the tank this spring and found that the condensate drain pipe had broken off. On inspection it was pretty obvious why it broke off, because he had installed a heavy 3/4" copper pipe into a plastic connector, just hanging there with no support. I'm no plumber, but anyone would have known that that plastic connector could not support such a heavy metal pipe, and the manual clearly states that plastic pipe or tubing must be used for the condensate drain. So I started to call Tango for service on May 14 and left many voice-mails describing the problem but he never called back. When I finally got a hold of him he asked me to text him photos of the situation. I sent photos of the pipe and also the page in the manual requiring plastic piping, but then he still did not get back to me. After about a dozen calls over more than two months, I got a hold of him today and he said my warranty was one year, and he's very busy now, so if I want him to come fix it now I will have to pay not only for the repair but for an hour-and a half of travel time to get here. I mentioned that I was hoping he would consider at least making a discount on the repair, since it was caused by faulty workmanship, even though it had lasted slightly over a year, and he became very belligerent and eventually hung up on me. I would suggest you spare yourself the agony and find another plumber who will stand by their work, or preferably not make such amateur mistakes in the first place.

Mark was very responsive. I called several local plumbers, and he was the only one to respond and get us on the schedule right away. We had to rearrange the day we originally setup, but he was very good about communicating with us about that. We have used Tango before for a bathroom sink fix, and we were confident in their work. They are, however, on the high side for pricing. Two guys worked for about 35 minutes (I actually timed it), but the work was well done.

Mark was very helpful in the several different projects we hired him to do. The work was all done well and on time. The prices varied by project and I felt that the costs were all within reason. Would use Mark again for any plumbing work that we might need in the future.

He was very quick to get here. He did a good job of getting taken care of. His price was very reasonable.

Glad to discover a good local plumber. Very responsive, personable, thorough and all for a reasonable price.

1st Job - Tango assigned his "apprentice" (and I use that term loosely) to do the work. He failed. Yes, the spigot worked. However, the apprentice installed the relief valve behind the shutoff valve. In other words, if I wanted to relieve the pressure of the water remaining in the pipes once I shut them off, I should be able to turn this little knob (the relief valve) and release the remaining water. However, that would only work if there is only a tiny amount of water remaining in the pipe. If the relief valve is located before the shut off valve, opening it would be analogous to turning on the water in your kitchen.

2nd Job - I mentioned the misstep of the previous job and Tango said he would fix it after he finished this job. Never happened. Installation on the mixing valve and drain looked good and the shower worked, but the bath water drained very slowly when the bath was running. I didn't quite notice it, probably because I was more concerned about finishing the bathroom so that my wife could move back into our house. Months later it started to bother me. So, I went into the basement and put a level up to the pipes that he installed in order to verify that there is a pitch (without it, water doesn't drain). To my horror, the pipes were pitched in the wrong direction, so water was actually running backwards.

To be clear, this is the elder Tango, not the younger one. However, they claim that this is a family business and share the name, so there really isn't any other way to discriminate. Also, to Tango's credit, I haven't called him back about the problem, but you can probably understand why. I simply don't trust the integrity of his work.

Was done in about 90 minutes, 2 hours tops (my wife was home). Very punctual but very expensive. I was shocked at the price. This is the only reason I would not use again. The price should have been around $300 at most.

Mark was very professional to work with he answered all our questions and got the job done quickly. We would recommend Tango plumbing to friends and neighbors and will not hesitate to call him for future plumbing needs.

He gave us some great answers and advance for us, but they didn't actually do the work. We love Tango plumbing. They have been very honest and we have used multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

The work turned out great. It's been a couple years ago and there have been no problems.

The work turned has always out very well and I haven't had to call them back. I have used them multiple times. He has always been good at responding to my calls in a timely manner and coming out when I need him to come out.

The bathroom faucet was inspected, cleaned out and re-tightened. No more leaks. I was not as satisfied with work performed on the kitchen cold water supply. We have a water filter under the sink that ties into the cold water. The plumber did not have the necessary part needed to hook the filter back up so he re-attached the cold water only. I would have expected that he come back at a later date with the part and finish the work, but was informed that would cost another $95/hr. At the time both jobs were done, only 30 minutes had elapsed, so I could not believe they would charge another $95. The plumber doing the repairs did an excellent job and if not for the additional $95 that the company wanted to complete the work, I would have been satisfied. Work was done quickly and job explained thoroughly. Plumber showed up on time and returned all necessary phone calls in a timely manner.

Excellent job. Well qualified plumbers and tilers. All work done in timely manner without leaving until the job was finished. We love the look and quality of the products.
