tI called and was put thru to customer representative. I explained the problem and wanted to know where I could get it repaired. "They are not repairable" she said. I see a confrontation looming. " Do yu have the serial number of the unit"?  I did and gave it to her. She informed me that a new ( not rebuilt ) version of my coffee maker would be sent out FEDEX at no charge.  " Do I send you the old one back in the FEDEX box"? "No. You will receive a shipping box to send back the coffee K cup holder which signifies the old unit is out of service "
 
It arrived a few days later, an upgraded version of my old one and my coffe flows on.
I can't say enough about the professionalism and customer support demonstrated by Kuerig. Clearly, purchasing a premium product has long term advantages. I am a customer for life. One the most positive experiences I've had with a manufacturer. Good job
 

They make coffee machines. They have probably the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They have an extraordinary customer service. They are very responsive and they take you through the extra mile, more so than I have seen anywhere else. I will always recommend them to a friend or family member.

It is an excellent product. There is no waste as it makes one little cup of coffee at a time. I can make one cup of hot chocolate and then the next cup can be coffee and there will be no residue of the chocolate in the coffee. Their customer service is excellent, above and beyond. One of our coffee maker that was one month out of warranty had a problem with its digital display, it was unreadable but the machine was working fine. When I called them on this to see if it can be repaired, they told me that it?s not worth repairing the display and they offered me to get the machine replaced with a new one. They only took back the part that holds the coffee pot and let me keep the old machine. To my surprise the old machine started to work after a few months. It was their suggestion that they sent me a new coffeemaker even though it was out of warranty. They all work fine now. This shows how excellent the company is.
