JT Son Plumbing & Heat

awful! One year post work being “finished” still nothing is right. Rains in my kitchen when we use the shower. Refused to stand behind the work he and his son did or the work he subbed out (tile) to a clown who did horrible work, then ghosted me.

After they were done with the work, they left a big bag of trash on the basement, they also smoked in the basement.
The newly installed boiler stopped working after a couple of days, I called him, described the problems  he couldn't believe it and started to blame on other factors. Eventually he agreed to come to check. But the first time, he didn't show and I was home waiting for him for a whole day. the second time, he called me  in the morning while I was at work, so i had to go home from work to wait for him.
During the call, he would say things like "do you think you are a mechanical engineer?" and he was yelling at me on the phone a lot.
the overall experience was stressful and overwhelming to me. I am just glad, he eventually figured out what went wrong and now the heat is working.

After this man put in the tank we began having problems with the pilot light going off every couple of weeks. This was NEVER a problem before this man entered the house. When my daughter called him to complain he said "What the f*** do you want me to do!! " We have since talked to another plumber who said to check with the town of reading to see if this man got a permit to place the tank. I am doing this in the morning and will let you know what found out.

Description Of Work: This is a follow up on my last review. Joe Tello (JT) did not pull a permit when he installed the hot water heater. When he got a call from the plumber who is in charge of making sure this is done, he got angry. I was told by the town ombudsman that Mr Tello called him to complain about the plumbing inspector. Mr. Tello told the ombudsman that he was in California and that he has $2 million dollars in the bank and did not like being called at 4 am!

Joe responded to my call immediately and, unlike others I called, found a way to come the same day despite a packed schedule. He explained everything, allowed me to watch and gave useful pointers for the future.. He had to go above and beyond just replacing the Taco circulator. It certainly took more time that he estimated, but he did the extra work, charged very little extra and stayed until the heat came up. I highly recommend JT Sons.
