The oil change was fine. They cautioned my with a suggested service and I was offered to have my timing belt replaced for $1,300. I found out I actually have a timing chain which does not need to be replaced. I was very disappointed when I found out from another Honda dealer that I did not need the service.

Wonderful. I went to pick up the car a week later, because they put in leather seats, heated seats absolutely free. My finances had gotten really bad, they worked all day on Saturday with Honda to get them to finance the car with them. I picked up the car the following Tuesday because they did all the stuff. This was with the inspection and everything. Yes, I would use them again.

It was wonderful. I got there before 7 o'clock because that's when they opened. I had the motor running the whole time, because the AAA guy told me not to turn it off. I was waiting, and one other person was waiting. The doors automatically opened at 7, and they came out and said they weren't sure they were even going to be able to do anything, because the computers were down, but someone must have got the computers going. Then all of a sudden the doors opened and I went in and sat and read my book. It didn't seem like a long time at all until they came out and said I needed a new battery. I asked them what I owed them, and they said nothing.

It wasn't as much detail as the $200 one, but the car was clean inside and out. I don't take my car to the car wash, because of the mud and there's always lines out to the street. I just save up and take it to Honda; that's my plan now. They do a very good job, it's very thorough. They vacuum and wax the floor mats in the front, because it's slippery at first, when you start using it again. They just do everything and it's so nice, it's like coming home to a clean house.

They have different tiers of detailing. I won one at the open house, the big one. It was worth $200, but it was free to me. Every time I take the car in, they wash it. That was amazing. They took me home, because I didn't realize that it was going to take five hours, and they picked me up when it was ready. When you are waiting to have your car fixed, they have free snacks, water, and a giant TV.

That's the best experience. Not only the repairs and maintenance, but the buying. The workers were wonderful. I mean they go above an beyond. When I first got the car, maybe about six months, I noticed the tire light was on and i went to have them check it out, they found nothing wrong. A few days later I found a nail in my tire and they fixed it absolutely free. They also had an open house for new car buyers and showed you their repair facility. They told us you could come to them with any car issues. One time it was making a noise when I started the care and they offered to rent a car for me to leave my car there so they could see if the noise came back. They offered to rent a car for me for free.

Brought in my son's car, a 2004 pilot, to get the a/c charged as we were aware of a slow leak.  Told Richard Simone we likely wouldn't fix it if the cost was high since my son is leaving for college.  Was told it would take 45 minutes to determine what would be needed to repair. and thus I said I would wait.  Almost 2 hours later I tried to get an update to find Richard had gone to lunch.  Someone else tried to help me, as Richard returned, and the verdict was it would cost about $800 to replace the lines and then possibly the compressor would go after that which would be another $933.  I declined the work and said I would just take the car as is.  Car not brought out for another 45 minutes.  So total time at Honda Gallery about 3 hours, cost about $150.00 (not including my time) resolution - nothing fixed. I asked for an explanation as to why the time estimate was so off, but was not given a satisfying answer.   
I am not surprised the a/c was so pricey to repair, but I deeply resent being treated as if my time didn't matter.  Other service people seemed to be attentive to the other customers - I saw many come and go - guess I just got the short stick.  Servi

The convenience or proximity factor might be if they had a better location or easier to schedule, the phone numbers where you've got to call one number and then you get transferred to another number.

Contacted Honda Gallery late in the day because one of our tires got a screw stuck in the tread and needed to be repaired. I later brought the car in right before closing and they immediately took it in to repair the damage. They also repaired the tire as a courtesy and did not charge me for the repair.

I went to the Honda Gallery, at the request of Honda, to have the "diagnosis" from an independent mechanic confirmed. What I ended up with was a condescending and arrogant person named "Paul" explaining to me why the car needed a new power steering rack (which it doesn't by the way - this is my second trip to Honda Gallery and the second time they've came up with unnecessary repairs that several independent mechanics in the area disagreed with). After the lecture from Paul, they couldn't find my car. The receptionist walked around the lot pressing the remote but the car didn't "honk." About 10 to 15 minutes later they finally drove up with the car. That was on a Tuesday. It wasn't until Saturday when I finally figured out why the remote control had stopped working.  The hood wasn't properly secured!  It was open! The people at Honda Gallery couldn't even close the hood properly. But I should believe them when they say a 2007 CRV with 69k miles requires a completely new power steering rack as normal wear and tear.

I have purchased many cars (and helped other purchase many cars) and my last 5 have been Honda's. Honda Gallery is by far the best dealer I have dealt with in all of my car purchases. I am not your typical car buyer, by the time I spoke with Honda Gallery, I had already determined the price I was going to pay for the new 2013 Accord and had researched what my trade was worth and what other dealers would offer for it.
Honda Gallery made the rest of the process painless and did not waste my time with sales games during any part of the process. I decided to buy the vehicle from them even though another dealer offering the same deal had the car on the lot for me while Honda Gallery had to swap the vehicle from another dealer.
Every single person I dealt with at Honda Gallery was spectacular, including the General Manager, Frank. Junior (my sales person) and Rob (his associate who also helped out) were great to deal with.
I highly recommend Honda Gallery. While I cannot comment on what the experience would have been like if I had walked in to the dealership having not done extensive research, I can tell you that having already decided the price I was going to pay for the vehicle and what my trade was worth, they were wonderful to do business with and I will definitely consider them first for my next Honda purchase.

I'm glad I found Honda Gallery after I moved to the north shore. I first tried a Honda dealer in Burlington area. They are just terrible. The service is slow (simple oil change takes 2 hours!), the service rep is full of sales attitude. Even the cashier is full of attitude. And they don't have shuttle service.
Honda Gallery is completely the opposite. I've been sending my 2002 Honda Accord there since 2010. The service is professional. the service rep calls you with the full detail report and let you decide what to do. Nice waiting area and they have a great shuttle service. The driver, Ralph, is so friendly and professional. They will by all means get you to your office as soon as possible. Even it means they got to find a pickup truck to get you there. The pick-up is always punctual.
For this specific service visit, as previous report stated, Leah is also the rep who helped me out. Although it took them a long while to figure out the problem and in the end the problem went away after resetting the car computer, they did the full diagnostics and emailed me a full report. Even in the end I decided not to fix my radiator right away due to my busy schedule, Leah called back the next day to offer a rental car. That's the service from luxury car dealership!

A++ service from Leah in the Service Department. Leah turned a potentially bad service experience in to an excellent one.
Brought Honda Accord to Honda Gallery of Reading to resolve recurring problem resulting in Check Engine light. Previously spent in excess of $500 with another mechanic to replace gas canister / valve and a ton of misc. parts in the evap system, but after 2 months and a dozen visits later to a different auto repair shop, the check engine light kept coming on and the mechanic had no idea what was wrong and suggested that I bring the vehicle to a dealer to have it checked out.
Honda Gallery was able to make an appointment to examine the car first thing on a Saturday and based on the diagnostics code the car was reporting, believed that a sensor needed to be replaced. The repair was done that day and $270 later we were sent on our way with a nice Dunkin Donuts gift card for arriving early on a Saturday, a discount card for future service work, a car wash, and a well designed report of various other problems with the vehicle that should be addressed.
Unfortunately, after replacing this sensor, the check engine light came right back on the very next morning.
Contacted Honda and made appt. to bring car back on Monday evening and person in the service department (not Leah) said that the car could be checked out that evening as long as we could get it there by 5:30P. When we arrived with the car, we were told that we had to drop off the car since they did not have time to check out the code that evening and the system to look up the codes was down.
Although not part of their service, they arranged for a rental car to be provided so that they could keep the car for another day to investigate what was going on. Leah contacted us multiple times throughout the day to provide an update of what they had found. In the end, they determined that the genuine Honda part which was used in the original repair by a different mechanic was actually defective and needed to be replaced. Originally they asked us to pay for this repair, but when we explained that our mechanic bought this exact part from their Parts Department 2 months earlier to perform the original repair, they went out of their way to look up the transaction, confirm we were telling the truth, and not only did they provide the replacement part, but they installed it instead of forcing us to be inconvenienced by going back to the original shop to perform the replacement.
While there is no way of knowing whether the $270 part needed to be replaced in the first place and I am skeptical that it did (even though the computer 'thought' it did, I feel Honda Gallery righted any possibility that this part did not need to be replaced by how they handled the follow up appointment. Fingers crossed for no return to the dreaded check engine light, but it seems like they were able to get to the bottom of it. We will definitely visit Honda Gallery again for service for our Honda's after this experience with Leah since she ensured that our problem was taken care of appropriately.
