WE PURCHASED THE CARPET THROUGH EXPO CENTER AND THEY CONTRACTED THE WORK OUT TO HARDSURFACE DESIGNS. HARDSURFACE DESIGNS, AFTER THE INITIAL MEASURING, DIDN''T RETURN PHONE CALLS OR SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, NOR DID THEY CALL TO SAY THEY WOULDN''T BE COMING. THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET THROUGH TO THEM WAS TO GO BACK TO EXPO. IT TOOK 4 MONTHS FROM THE TIME WE ORDERED THE CARPET UNTIL IT WAS INSTALLED. WHEN WE ORDERED IT, THEY SAID IT SHOULD BE 3 TO 4 WEEKS.
