The owner was here daily on schedule and you would never know that the house interior was in such bad shape.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH (IT CAME OUT A LOT HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED), BECAUSE I WAS BILLED BY THE HOUR, INCLUDING TRAVEL TIME (WHICH I WASN'T EXPECTING AND HADN'T BEEN TOLD IN ADVANCE). IN THE FUTURE, I'LL INSIST ON A JOB PRICE, NOT AN HOURLY ONE.
