Great, he showed up on time, inspected both garage doors and replaced the pulleys on one. No more horrible grinding noise!

Ted was going to get back to me with an estimate on replacing the entire door, then I would make a decision on whether to fix the spring or replace the door. I never heard back from him with the estimate on the door replacement, so I went with another company and went ahead with the replacement.
