Ciano Development was contacted during the beginning of the week, July 7th, for the rental of a mini-excavator.  Angelo, immediately responded and was able to drop-off the mini-excavator on the evening of July 11th.
Angelo is very professional, and offers instruction, as well as operating the equipment for an additional cost.
The delivery times are puctual and Angelo is very generous if additional time is needed.
The equipment is delivered fully gased up and properly greased.
At this periofd in time bigger equipment rental companies are offering larger/newer mini-excavators for a similar daily price to Ciano Development.  If I were renting the equipment for a week or more the rental price from the larger companies turns out to be cheaper than Ciano Development.  This is the only reason that I gave the equipment and price a "B" rating.
I would not hesitate to use Ciano Development again.

Angelo was wonderful to work with. We were in a bind because the original company hired to do the job was horrendous, and changed prices halfway through the job.

Angelo took our call, and was there within a few hours to do the job. We were initially going to rent the equipment and do the job ourselves, but when he heard what a quick job it would be, he offered to do the digging himself.

Great guy, professional, and reliable. Would use again in a heartbeat.

He was great.  He came with a bobcat and while he was here we hired him to do more work.  The equipment was new and handled it very well.  He came and accessed our property then he let us know what to do during the spring.

Delivered and picked up the equipment. Bobcat was newer model. He explained the controls.

They did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

Angelo was very effective at taking an incredibly uneven lot covered with brush, tree stumps, and rocks, in addition to ledge underlying it, and making it into a level and usable space.  He used both a mini excavator and bobcat to get this accomplished.  The only small issue was that one edge of the area was not leveled quite as well as the rest.  Regardless, it went very well and I would hire Ciano Development again.
