It has kept the house perfectly cool and quiet. The price was pretty good but expensive. It took a little time to get going. They did not push. The other companies were pushy with the whole high velocity everywhere and they said that the mitsubishi would not cover the whole downstairs. It might not be as cold as other places. But it is perfectly fine.

Arrived on time, very friendly and ready to answer questions.

I had received an estimate from Peter of Brooks & Brooks a couple of months prior to the work being done. We had decided to put off the work until spring. However, the original oil burner malfunctioned causing extensive smoke damage to the point we couldn't stay in the house for a couple of nights. On the morning following the malfunction I called Peter and explained our emergency situation. Fortunately, he and his team were available for that one day only. Peter arrived at my home by 8:30am, and had assembled crew and needed equipment by 11:00am. Peter and his crew worked through the day and late into the evening to ensure we would have both heat and hot water (work was done in January 2008) that night and the following day. They came back the next day to tidy up some of the plumbing and wiring. The installation was excellent; I'm really impressed by the high quality of the plumbing. At the end of the installation the basement was cleaned thoroughly.

They were good about being on time. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Their price is very competitive for what they do. They used an eco-friendly system. They gave me information and their unbiased opinion. I would highly recommend them.

When Peter came out to the house to give us an estimate, he was a half hour early. They came in two thousand dollars less than three other companies. This was including with the humidifier, every one else wanted extra. They were so nice and helpful, they made sure that the basement was swept clean when they were done. They removed all the old parts and the old furnace. They had this done in just two days. I was even further impressed with this company after I had recommended them to my neighbor and Peter came over just to check on the quality of the work and to make sure everything was running OK.
