SCOTT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. HE HAS AN EXCELLENT EYE AND KNOWS HOW TO WORK WITH A CUSTOMER. EVEN THOUGH I ARRIVED HALF AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING, HE STAYED WAY PAST CLOSING TIME TO GUIDE ME IN FINDING THE PERFECT MAT AND FRAME FOR MY NEEDS. HE ASKED ABOUT MY FEELINGS ON THE PIECE AND WHAT I LIKED AS A STARTING POINT AND WORKED TO FIND THE RIGHT COLORS AND FRAME. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE AND I APPRECIATE HIS OBVIOUS SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE OF FRAMING. GIVEN THE EXCELLENT FINISHED PRODUCT, I AM ALSO IMPRESSED BY THE PRICING. WE WILL TURN ONLY TO THIS SHOP WHEN FRAMING PHOTOS OR ARTWORK.
