ARMAS PAINTING

Got onto Angie's list for the 1st time on Monday morning (7-22-19) looking for interior painters - got 2 or 3 "invitations" soon after - one from these guys (Armas). I called them & left a message telling what I was looking for and to call me. Christine called back the next day and we scheduled an appointment for Thursday 7-25 at noon. She said she'd send a confirmation email - which she did on Tues (23rd) - confirming Thurs 7/25 at noon. I re-arraigned my work schedule on Thursday to be in Andover at noon...went home at 11:45 and waited until 1:00... They never showed. No call. No nothing. I called them around 12:20 - no answer. Emailed too - no answer. A couple months ago I needed a plumber - & found one on yelp who was fantastic and reasonably priced. Guess where I'm going for this job? Updated 7/29/2019: After re-arraigning my schedule (at some expense and headache) to meet Armas Painting at my house in Andover for a quote on Thursday 25th - and Armas not showing, not calling, not responding to my calls or responding to my emails - Christine called from Armas Painting called 4-days later...the first thing she said was: "This is Christine from Armas Painting - did someone come out to your house last week?" ... So the office doesn't even know if their guys show or don't show for appointments? Seriously? The appointment was on Thursday at NOON. At 12:30 I called the office and left a message. No response. I emailed later that day - no response. Friday - no response. Monday their office calls and asks if anyone showed? No thanks FYI - 2 names provided by Angies List - I am 0 for 2.
