The painter I contracted for the job,did quality work but the overall finish of the job need it a second coat of paint,that is were the problem started,it was all about more money.The contractor should have been transparent about this job,should have quoted me the quote for a complete job,basically a second coat of paint. I'm not a painter so I relied on his skills as painter to finished the job completely to my satisfaction.
