We don't have that many problems so we only had one other incidence where we had to get our bass fixed. They charge us $65 to look at it which is reasonable. What happens a lot of time with musicians is that they'll bring something in and they don't have a lot of money because they spent it on something stupid. They bring the instrument in because they can't play it anymore and Rick's find out what's wrong with it but they can't afford to fix it so they are stuck with this instrument. It cost an extra $13 to fix our instrument. They actually have somebody who can fix things which is very hard to find for music instruments. Another thing that is nice about them is when they fixed the bass the man was right there that fixed it so we could talk to him about it. Sometimes in music stores they send it out when the man isn't there and in the case of the amplifier the man wasn't there so they sent it out but they gave us his number to call the guy that was fixing it so that we could talk to him ourselves which is another plus.
