Steve and team were very professional and responsive. Initial quote was clear and work/cost was in alignment. House was clean each night and usable. They finished a day early by adding additional team member. Steve kept in contact through the project and worked closely with me to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction.

If I could give Steve 6 stars I would. The pine paneling walls were in horrible shape and needed a lot of caulking and prep. The old baseboard heating in the room was a mess too. When he finished the room I couldn't believe it. The room is white and bright and couldn't have come out better. There were other things that needed painting and he gave me a great price and completed the projects perfectly. High quality work.

Steve does a great job at a fair price.  We have had him paint the interior and exterior and stain the fence

The company and the painters are, in a word, exceptional.-I am well satisfied with a job well done. The owner, Steve, is conscientious, detailed, particularly easy going, well mannered, friendly and accepts work at the pace that a job requires. Mr. Beddia and his crew arrived on time and worked thoroughly and very neatly for 3 to 4 days. I am very fussy and I have nothing but praise for this company. Job was quoted and a written contract given. When he left two of his crew here at one point, he came back and checked the work .

It went EXCELLENT! Detailed and so very professional. Cleaning up during and after was superior.  I can't say enough about this company. If you need a painter, you can find no other to compare... A++++ !

Raynham House Painting Team was on time, very professional. Very very clean.  Excellent job. Cleaned up everyday. Steve is a great guy, so are the painters.

They were prompt and courteous. Steve is great. He came out and quoted the job and was right in the range of or budget. We got three quotes and Steve's price was the best. The walls look amazing. The colors that my wife chose were challenging but Steve and his guys knocked it out of the park. When compared to the original painter their work is FAR superior. We will be calling Steve back in the very near future to do more work in the house. In my opinion, their professionalism, price and final product are second to none.

'It went great...estimate was prompt and detailed with paint recommendations...moved furniture, covered areas with tarps and plastic...painted for three days, filled all cracks and dings and after every day cleaned up...nice crew...I have to admit that working with Steve, the owner, was one of the best experiences I have had with a contactor!

They are very friendly. They are quick to come out to do a quote. They are in, they are out, they are fast, they are clean. They are really good about bringing out sample boards. Most companies come out with the paint chips. I can pick 5 or 6 of them and he will paint 2 coats on some poster board so you can hang them in the room and look at them. Hang it up during the day, hang it behind pictures. I like that because you can't tell by a little bitty chip of paint. When we painted our family room, we ended up going 3 or 4 shades darker because once you get it up and behind things. That was a huge plus for me.

Steve and his crew were on time, worked hard all day, and were nice, thorough and neat.  The work was done in three days as Steve estimated.  All rooms look great.  I am very pleased with it all.

I contacted Steve from Raynham House Painting as well as several other painters to stop by and give me an estimate on painting the complete interior of my house which is a cape style house with an attached breezeway and two car garage with master bedroom/bathroom above. Steve stopped by when he said he would, looked the place over and within a day or two I had a written estimate in front of me which detailed the exact services he was going to provide. Of all the contractors Steve wasn't the lowest priced, (or the highest). But once I met with everyone and all the estimates were in Steve stood out over the others in both the way he detailed exactly what he was going to do along with the timeline he expected it to take. Of everyone that came by Steve was by far the most professional. When I say professional, I mean professional. Steve and his crew removed their shoes before entering the house, every item in the room being painted was covered in plastic. All surfaces were sanded prior to painting and the dust was vacuumed as it was being done! Every night before he left all rooms were put back in order as much as possible.
Normally with a project of this size the whole house gets turned upside down (which is to be expected). With Steve it never really felt that way. As for the quality of the work, I couldn't have been any happier with the finished product! Whenever I need any painting done Steve is the guy I'll be using and I would  highly recommend his services to everyone!

Based upon positive reviews on Angie's List and an interview with the owner (Steve Beddia) we hired Raynham House Painting (RHP) to: 1) pressure wash our 1947 Cape-style house; 2) paint the walls, ceiling & trim of the dining room; and 3) paint a problematic livingroom ceiling.  Our experience was entirely positive, and significantly better than previous work done by a previous painter.
High-points include:
1)  Scheduling the work.  Steve quickly returned our call and came to the house, where he spent over an hour going over the work to be done.  He came across as very knowledgeable about interior painting, a fact tat was borne out by his successful painting of our living room ceiling, which previous painters had failed to properly paint.
2) He and his crew completed all work on time. and in a professional manner.  They were especially careful with our antique furniture and oriental rugs, making sure that they were not damaged in any way.  Nice touch: they brought additional shoes, so they could change from outdoor to indoor shoes.
3) The pressure washing of our vinyl siding was well done.  Our house is fringed with flower beds, and RHP was careful to neither trample them or poison them with caustic washes.
4) As mentioned, the living room ceiling was a problem, as despite the efforts of previous painters it had a bad case of the 'peels'.  Steve went to great pains to diagnose the problem, in terms of the history of the house, and develop a paint strategy to remedy it.  After he and his crew had finished the painting he told us to not pay him until we were satisfied that the new paint was 'taking'.  There were two small spots where the paint was not taking, and Steve came over and redid them (at no charge).  Bottom line, he has successfully painted our rogue ceiling.

We had interviewed one other company that was well recommended by Angie's List.  Both seemed as if they would be good choices.  We chose  RHP not only for reasons previously listed, but also because they were more conscientious in terms of getting back to us and because they were a larger company--and based upon past experience, thus more likely to complete the job on time.  The cost for painting and pressure wash were $1010, comparable to what other contractors were charging for this work.
Long story short, we are pleased with their work and hope to hire them again in the near future.  Thanks Angie's List, for directing us to a fine local painting company.

Excellent, professional and on time.

Company owner, Steve, arrived to give estimate on the same day I called for estimate. Walked around property and carefully assessed what needed to be done. Received estimate in the mail within a few days, very professional estimate, complete with list of previous clients phone numbers for testimonials.  Job started within a few days of receiving estimate. Job finished in approximately 1 week. Steve and his crew were very professional and always kept me updated on the progress of job.  Steve was very meticulous, making sure that everything was done to his and my satisfaction before job deemed completed. House and shed look beautiful! Could not be happier! This is a company that truly takes pride in their work. I  highly recommend this company.  Steve even sent a "thank you" card to us for being his customer.

Steve was very professional. Appeared at estimate meeting with portfolio. He and his crew completed the entire job in one day. the walls look beautiful and there was no mess splatter anywhere. They also touched up same door that were not part of the job and did not change extra.

Scraped, sanded, primed before painting with primer & final cost. All screens removed and windows washed. Excellent job & very professional.
