I was so lucky to find Peter in my area. When I first met him, I could tell he was a reputable man. He rebuilt and expanded my back deck and put in a new side security door and storm door. The doors were great quality and look and work perfect. I was blown away at how good our deck came out. What I liked about his work was he does it right the first time. He takes no short cuts. Quality workmanship all around. My wife and I plan on hiring him again to do some inside work. I felt that he priced the job correctly and he even did some extra things he really didn't have to that others would not have done. He takes pride in his work and it certainly shows. I would Highly Recommend Peter for all your carpentry and building needs. We also loved Lilly.

This Carport/Deck was originally built in the 1970's and much in need of repair. All the supports (4x6)needed replacing as well as 2x12x20 foot spanners that were bolted to the 6 (4x6) foot posts. The original rafters remained and 4 additional ones were added. Two new footings were added under the landing at the top of the stairs. A totally new porch off the kitchen and stairs up to it and extending from it to the deck was added. The fiberglass railing was removed and new 2x2 rails with appropriate size materials applied around the 20 foot square deck and the porch leading up. It is truly a beautiful creation and built with love and care toward every detail. He supplied more bolts, screws and nails than was present with the original design. Every thing I liked with the original work was restored and this new version is awsome.!!! My husband always liked the deck as a carport because we have so many trees here. We have had to remove large pines due to the hazard of heavy weather and winds that have brought down some large pines. Now this carport/deck really stands out as the piece or architecture that it is. Peter had two assistants, one just graduating College and another beginning studies as a Plumber.. I can't Thank them enough for all their hard and beautiful work. Thank you Peter, Tom and Devon.

Peter and his son John did a great job replacing an old staircase with a high quality oak staircase utilizing, premium materials. On top of the high quality work they are personable, professional and courteous. I would strongly encourage you use Peter for your next project.

Mr Tonderys gave me an estimate over the phone before he had an opportunity to look at the job. I felt it was very reasonable and we scheduled an apointment for Saturday 9th in the morning. Mr Tonderys was here promptly as promised and completed the repair quickly. I was surprised and pleased when his bill was less than the estimate.f I need help in the future I will call him and will certainly recommend him to family and friends. I had a problem with a leaky skylight. Peter responded to the email I sent via ServiceMagic within 3 hours and he came out to my house that evening. He diagnosed what appeared to be the problem and offered to see if he could fix it right away. We both agreed it may not resolve the problem but it was worth giving it a try. It was a pretty simple fix (cleaning a joint and applying some silicone) but I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help out right away. It rained particularly hard for several days afterward and I'm happy to say the leak was fixed. Peter was friendly and easy to work with. Thanks!

Peter was wonderful to work with.. He was able to work at night so my husband and I did not have to take time off of work. He was efficient and clean and we would use him again.
