 + -1 moreI MET WITH THOMAS FOR THE ESTIMATE. HIS PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND KNOWLEDGE WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. HIS CREW CAME ON THE DAY AGREED UPON AND WERE COMPETENT. I NOTICED THE DAY AFTER THE WORK THAT THEY HAD LEFT BEHIND THE DEBRIS FROM THE SANDING, ETC. I GAVE THOMAS A CALL AND THE PERSON WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF THIS PARTICULAR CREW WAS ON LOCATION WITHIN THE HOUR TO PICK UP THE TRASH AND APOLOGIZE. I WAS MORE THAN A LITTLE IMPRESSED WITH THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THIS JOB.
Description of Work: MY HOME HAD A LARGE BEDROOM FLOOR, WITH MULTIPLE LAYERS OF PAINT, A HALLWAY, STAIR TREADS AND LANDING THAT HAD BEEN PAINTED WITH LEAD BASED PAINT. THE BEDROOM FLOOR IS OLD EASTERN WHITE PINE, THE HALLWAY WHITE OAK AND THE STAIR TREADS PINE. THE CREW REMOVED THE OLD PAINT, SANDED, VACUUMED, SEALED AND TREATED THE FLOORS WITH 2 COATS OF POLY. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK A FULL DAY AND A RETURN TO RECOAT WITH DRYING TIME OF ANOTHER DAY FOR GOOD MEASURE.
