Work was done while I was hospitalized for 3 weeks. Must have been on bottom of list, since it was still being finished when I returned home. Assured me he would return to review quality of work and take care of any complaints. It is 6 months later. I have called several times, as the flooring has gaps where pieces are joined -- still has not come by to check out and take care of this. Does not return phone calls promptly. Makes appts to come by to review work, then breaks them without calling -- just doesn't show up. Painting is all right, but short of excellent.
