He is professional. He was a little late in delivering the report, but when I called he rectified it.

He responded to my call in a timely manner and followed up with an appointment on time. His appearance was most profession. He had promised to submit a report in a week which didn't arrive till about three weeks after I called him into the second week.

THE ENGINEER ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A VERY THOROUGH EVALUATION OF THE STRUCTURAL ISSUES OF OUR HOME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY SMART AND PROVIDED A REPORT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
