Theran never opened the bleach; mixed half primer and half top-coat paint and proceeded to spray one coat of this mixture on the house. He sprayed paint onto the window frames & panes, & onto the roof shingles. When I pointed out that the window frames were supposed to be white, he argued with me until I showed him. He then came back and applied a coat of white paint over the color on the window frames. When my husband confronted him about the spots he had missed, which made it obvious there was only one coat of "paint" applied, Theran made the excuse that he had under priced the job and we were getting a $3-5K job (which is not true, considering we were quoted $6k to paint the entire house) for a steal. If he felt he had misquoted the job once he began, he never exercised the option to discuss the matter with us, or to refund our $500 deposit and quit. Because, of the mixing of primer & paint, the paint is washing off the siding & onto the roof.
