My experience with him went great. He came out and gave an estimate. Then came back and did the work. He went above and beyond. When he did the estimate he noted some other unrelated ducts that had come loose. He fixed those at no charge. He even got up on a ladder on the exterior of the house and cleaned the grading over the duct. He did some research to find out if there was some other alternate covering because it was getting clogged. He determined that I already had the best thing possibly installed. He had an opportunity to do more work, but he just left me with what I already had in place.
