LONG TV REPAIR

I called to schedule an in home visit for a large screen TV repair and the person that answered the phone could barely speak or understand english. However, they said they would take a message and have the owner call me back, and they went ahead and scheduled a service call for that day at 7 PM. When I had not heard from anyone by later than evening, I called back to the shop around 6:20 PM to confirm the appointment and the shop was closed. The next day, I still had not heard from anyone, so around 12PM I called back to the shop for a 3rd time and spoke with the owner. The owner had never received my first message and was not even aware that they were scheduled to come by the previous day. When I explained the problem with my TV, the owner was rude and acted like I was wasting his time. This was my 2nd time dealing with this business and both times, I have not had a good experience. I have found the people there to be rude, not punctual and not very professional. I will definetly not be using them ever again, nor will I ever refer anyone to them.

They verified it would be too much to repair, so I am going to buy a new one. He was very nice.

My husband goes and receives good service with good prices.
