He came out promptly, was very polite. He checked everything out, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. After I agreed to the price he went ahead and fixed the problem. This is the first business man that I have dealt with in the past year that was pleasant, honest and performed his work professionally and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again

After I called, Dave was at my house in twenty minutes. He quickly diagnosed problem, which was a blocked vent. He climbed through six feet of snow to dig out vent and get my heat back on. His price was very reasonable and well worth it since no heat on a night in the teens was what I had been facing. I was extremely pleased with his service and will certainly call him again.

DAVE CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY TO REPAIR OUR ANCIENT FEDDERS A/C UNIT. HE INSTALLED A BOOSTER AND A TIME DELAY TO KEEP THE SYSTEM FROM TRIPPING THE BREAKER, AND HE RECOMMENDED SOME ELECTRICAL WORK TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE AS WELL. DESPITE THE OBVIOUS AGE OF OUR SYSTEM, HE DID NOT HARD-SELL A REPLACEMENT UNIT. HE WAS PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY.
