Just had Dave at my home to repair my refrigerator, specifically the freezer. Dave is extremely honest which is rare in repair services these days. No parts were needed, and he could have told me anything and I would have believed him since I have no knowledge of appliance parts and repairs. The cost was low, $165 total, and the repair was quick and easy. I recommend him highly!

Dave was great, starting with the initial phone call all the way through to the end. He returned my first call within ten minutes even though I called well after normal business hours. He even gave me troubleshooting tips to try first in an attempt to save me money. Think about that for a second...he gave me advice on how to fix the problem myself at no charge, potentially costing himself a pay day. When those tips didn't pan out he was at my house within 48 hours and made the repair. What's more he followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend him and I will use him again for appliance repair in the future.

He was easy reach. Pinpointed the problem by the diagnosis over the phone. Quoted a price to repair my washer. He came out the same day and repaired it in no time. I finally found a dependable appliance repair person. He is an electrician as well.

He fixed the switch and then he said I had to go out a get a new fixture. To fix the switch he charged me $140 in labor, $48 service charge, and $20 for the switch. It took him 12 minutes! He was nasty and belligerent. He told me originally he would take a credit card and then when he came he said he didn't and forced me to write a check. I feel like he took advantage of me.

"I TOLD THE CUSTOMER OVER THE PHONE THAT THE RATES WERE $50.00 TO SHOW UP AND $90.00 PER HOUR; MINUMUN CHARGE $140.00 PLUS ANY PARTS. THE CUSTOMER GAVE ME A CREDIT CARD. I TRIED TO PROCESS IT BUT THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING DUE TO LOW BATTERY I OFFERED TO COME BACK AT NO CHARGE THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE MACHINE WAS CHARGED SHE SAID SHE WOULD JUST WRITE A CHECK AND THEIR DIDN'T SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM. I HAVE THE HIGHEST RATED, CUSTOMER RECOMMENDED BUSINESS IN BOSTON SOUTH ON YAHOO LOCAL YELLOW PAGES. PLEASE SEE OVER 30 POSITIVE CUSTOMER FEEDBACKS. IN CLOSING, I RUN A PROFESIONAL BUSSINESS AND ALL RATES WERE DISCLOSED PRIOR TO GOING TO THE CUSTOMER'S HOUSE. IF THE CUSTOMER HAD ANY PROBLEM, THEY DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT IT."
