Sloppy on the job site, and refused to clean up. Lack of attention to detail and poor planning. Lack of follow through with completing work and finishing incomplete tasks. Difficulty with the truth. I would never do business with them again. Understand this is whom you are doing business with (Anthony Ruscito, one of the owners, is referenced in this article):http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles/2009/11/15/quincy_seeks_to_recoup_from_property_owners_who_failed_to_pay_for_water_use/ UPDATE: One year later and we are still chasing them to complete work that was to have been completed. Their strategy seems to be avoid the customer and they will go away. UPDATE: Two years later, there are more problems creeping up every time we turn around. These guys did a terrible job, and it hasn't taken long to see it clearly.
