The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have always answered any questions we have. We arrived, and were the only people there. We waited a few minutes and were then brought into the cat exam room. The vet tech was very nice and friendly. She asked a bunch of questions while we waited for Dr. Diebold, the veterinarian. My only complaint about this place is the amount of time we wait for the doctor. Its never busy, but we always wait for her. She is nice, but quirky. Once you get past that, you'll be fine.

They were excellent, very compassionate and knowledgeable. They were also good with exotic animals like birds. They were really good and smart. The price was very reasonable. You can actually buy a dog for $100. Their service was definitely incredible.

They are very professional and very caring for the animals. They know a lot about different diseases and things that can go wrong with an animal. I feel that they are very fair and straightforward and they have all the equipment there. If you need an ultrasound or an x-ray for example, they have it.

Called Compassionate Care late in the afternoon and had an appointment 2 hours later. The intake was professional, quick, and thorough. Dr. Diebold gave us a full tour of the facility. The doctor recommended which vaccinations to update and which ones we should get based on our dog's activities. She was super helpful when it came to possible side effects of the vaccines and told us what to do in case of reaction. The office staff is very helpful and extremely friendly! We will be bringing our cats here soon!

The people in the office were very nice and greeted me and my cat when we arrived. The vet explained the surgery well to me and definitely has a way with animals. The surgery went very well, and my cat recovered easily. I felt that my pet was in good hands at Compassionate Care and that they did not overcharge me for any of the services. I highly recommend them.
