JASON'S HARDWOOD FLOOR SVC

I hired Jason Floor Services to sand and finish flooring in my house, unfortunately they did an extremely poor job on applying the stain (bona Nordic seal, not technically a stain but that's what it effectively is). Dylan agreed the job was subpar and he and his father chose to walk away from the job, offering a refund for the amount I already paid (half the job cost). This put me in a jam but I was able to find another company who resand and was able to complete the work. The real issue arose when Dylan's proceeded to lie about sending the refund check via mail then ghost me. He ignored my calls and when I called from another number he hung up after answering and hearing my voice. I would recommend steering clear of this company as they they will not stand by their work and lack any sort of integrity.

Did an excellent job. Very concientious. However, did need to keep contacting to get the garbage removed from the yard, but they did pick it up.

They did a superb job. They got rid of the squeaks in a part of the floor, took the care to sand under radiators, kept the dust to a minimum, did a superb job with no ripples or marks in the floor, and sanded and finished to the edge of all baseboards. It is important to have Jason at the job site, you dont want it to be jobbed out to someone else.

Very professional, responsive, and shows up when he said he would. Did a great job on the hardwood floors and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend to everyone.
