I've used Willard's disposal service twice in the last few months for two separate jobs. One was simply taking a couch away. The other was an attic clean out. For both jobs, Mike did an excellent job providing and estimate for the work and communicating timeline and schedule. Prices were very reasonable. The guys who did the work on hauling all the junk out of the attic were friendly and efficient. I will absolutely use this service again and highly recommend them.

We needed my mother in-laws house cleaned out after she passed away. There was alot of stuff !! Willard disposal came out and gave me an estimate of $950. He seemed the most professional and had the lowest price of anyone we contacted.. It took him and 5 guys 3 hours to get everything out.. At the end no song and dance trying to raise the price. He said $950 and it was $950. I would use them again.

Mike came down to give me a quote (which was reasonable) and he promptly set up a date for pickup. Each time he was coming to the house he called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and punctual. I would certainly use his service again.

Michael Willard uses an answering service and he promptly returns calls. He commits to an appointment and is always on time. His price is always good. His crew is courteous, hard-working, and they move with purpose and speed; big piles of junk disappear quickly. I’ve used Willard several times per year for the past several years and will continue to use them as my exclusive household junk hauler until we have a junkless house.

He called as he was approaching and when he got to my condo. I only had a small job, 2 old clunker TVs and a heavy gas grill, but Mike and his crew handled it all quickly. I will definitely call Mike again when I need items removed.

I had another provider but he wasn't responsive anymore so I started using Willard's.

They were excellent. I've actually had them a couple of times and I will use them again. Because I'd worked with them before and he has a good reputation rather than him do an estimate I told him the pile's not big enough for you to do that so you just come and we will agree on a price. I think it was a couple hundred bucks. I have another pile going as we are gradually cleaning up the house so he will be the guy I call. You hear back from the guy when you call him. You want something done in a reasonable amount of time. You want someone who is responsive. He is very responsive. I think he has an answering service and you will literally hear back from him in less than an hour. He gets back with me and contracts with me directly and we set up a date. It's just knowing a punctual initial reply and he keeps good on the date. His prices are really fair. His guys are good and you don't mind them coming in the house. It's a good deal and I trust the guy.

He was very prompt and professional. He was polite and I plan to use him again.

Mike was very responsive, prompt, professional and accommodating.   I called around looking for an someone who could come ASAP and Mike was at the property the next day to take a look at the huge pile of trash and debris that needed to be removed from our neighbor's property and gave us a very reasonable estimate, less than other quotes I received by hundreds of dollars.  AND he got the work done even faster than estimated.  I would recommend Mike to anyone that was looking for this type of service.

Brilliantly. Mike even came the day I called, a holiday. He and his helper were quick, careful and very professional, as well as pleasant & helpful. I couldn't recommend too highly.

Mike Willard had visited the house earlier to view the job and provide us with a quote.  He wanted to know what would be taken away and what would not, and told us to clearly mark items that were not for take-away.  We agreed that he and his crew would do the work at his suggested price which seemed reasonable.
On November 23rd, 2015, he and his crew of two other men arrived and commenced with the work.  Mike personally supervised and did much of the work himself.  The crew worked closely with us to assure that we were pleased as they did the work.  Very organized and methodical. All of team very friendly and obliging.  Adapted to occasional requests for flexibility about what should what should and what should not be taken away.  The team worked very hard throughout.  They earned their money.
I would highly recommend Willard to others.
