I highly recommend this company for all your home repair needs! They were fast, clean, respectful and addressed all of our needs and concerns. Willing to work with our budget and recommendations and still making it look great, affordable and beautiful! I’m so in love with my 3 season porch and the extra side job of putting up a chalkboard slate in our kitchen! I will definitely call them again for any future projects! Universal J&S did and excellent job repairing the steps on my Deck/porch at a much reasonable price than the other two establishments that provided me estimates. Not only that, but the steps on my deck look a lot nicer than how it was originally designed. Would do businesses again.

I really wish you would reconsider your review, We performed the work on your home back in September, we collected the down deposit, progress payment, and final after you check the work and made sure everything was done correctly- Towards the end of October, you decided to hire one of ours workers (who has left the company). However, we have a written statement from the Subcontractor that you negotiated the job with him exclusively. Our contract with you was done 100 percent when you paid us a final check."

Weuler and team repaired a section of roof that had a leak. Weuler was responsive and professional and there were no surprises. We're happy with the results. The only downside was that the team started in the afternoon and finished up in the dark, making nail cleanup difficult.

The gentleman that evaluated and priced the job was top shelf. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was done the next day and done right. It was tested the very next day with heavy rain and I saw no leaks.

They took our deposit and still have not shown up for the job. We were told one date range, then they did not show. We were told a second date range, again, no show.

I had a great experience working with J&S. I found the quote for the deck job I had to be very reasonable and they even recommended someone for my fence who was, again, very reasonable and did a great job. The deck job I hired them for was not very big, just adding some stairs and replacing the railings, the whole job was started and finished in just over a day. I found a couple things I wanted cleaned up a bit, and without question, the crew was sent back the same day to take care of the minor issues I had. At no point was I made to feel badly about some of the things I was pointing out, it was all just taken care of efficiently. I would most definitely hire them again in the future.
