Horrible scam of a company. They did a shoddy job and the roof leaked then we had to chase them to fix it as they would either ignore our calls or set up a time, then not show up. When they finally did they charged us more for the fix. Lots of roof companies on the South Shore and I wish I had avoided this one.

Everything was good but they could have cleaned up a little better but no complaints here.

I was in the market for a new roof, new fascia boards, and a new gutter system, met with 5 contractors and between the price and customer service of Roof Kings I chose them for the job. The roof crew was on time, worked INCREDIBLY hard for 2 days straight, complete professionals. The carpentry crew was the same way, on time each morning, worked well into the early evening, etc.. I had some extra work done around the house as items popped up that I wanted to get fixed and Dennis and team were more than reasonable about pricing those jobs out, and getting the right crew and supplies to the house the next day, etc.. I would absolutely go to Roof Kings for any future job that they specialize in (Roofing, Woodwork/Carpentry, etc..)

Price was good. When a leak arose five years later, they took care it without charge even though the problem was not caused by their work but that of another company.

Their sub-contracted installers didn't all show up one day. Never cleaned spots on my siding.

All around great experience working with the Roof Kings. I needed my entire roof redone, along with 4 replacement skylights. The Roof Kings were professional, friendly, and provided the best price. The project was completed in a day, they cleaned up thoroughly, and I'm extremely happy with my new roof. I would definitely recommend the Roof Kings if you're in need of any roofing work.

I will definitely recommend to my friends and families. The team is professional and fast. They finished my roof in one day and price is reasonable to me. Specially for someone like me have no ideas about the roof but Roof Kings gave me advice and explained the whole process to me.

Can't say enough about this company and their rep. Dennis. His crew showed up and work well past 7 PM, in over 90 degree weather, to finish the job. They couldn't have been more obliging and left our property looking better, if that's possible, when they left than when they arrived!!! Job well done....

I requested three bids from local roofers, all had a good online reviews from homeowners. I decided to go with Roof Kings, Dennis showed up when I requested them to, as soon as Dennis gave me the estimate, I told him that I would like them to complete the project. I was able to pick out what I wanted and they were able to do my roof within days.. I needed my roof done by the end of the month, he had it completed in one day.. They provided high quality shingles, high quality workers, very professional at everything. Price wise, they were the cheapest out of all the estimates I received as we are on a budget. I felt very comfortable when talking to the owner about his background and experience and felt that he was most knowledgeable and competent to do the job. Good Warranty . Workers were very professional , clean up was perfect Service couldn't better!

Craig and his crew were very professional, experienced and responsive. They took care to not disturb garden beds, they constantly cleaned with a magnet for nails and they did the job exactly as described. On time, on budget and great quality work. A combination of asphalt and metal roofing

My roof turned out to have three layers of old shingles, making the job more difficult, and the working conditions were unusually bad due to the weather conditions which were cold and windy. ( I didn't look for a roofer until much too late in the season.) They overcame the problems efficiently and cleaned up afterward.

Craig and his crew did a great job with my roof and chimney. They made an exception and came out ahead of schedule to fix my chimney first because it was leaking, and then they came out on a Sunday to replace my roof. John and his crew worked from 7am to sundown on a Sunday to finish the roof replacement and were very thorough with cleaning up afterwards. Since it was my front roof, they put up tarps to protect the cars parked in front of my house. They also covered my rose bushes to protect them from feeling debris. There was a minor issue after the job completion, where one of my gutters got disconnected at the very top of the roof. I called Craig and he sent someone the next day to fix it. Attentive, great craftsmanship and thorough clean up afterwards. Can't ask for much more. Thanks guys.

Craig and his team did an outstanding job of removing the old shingles and replacing them with new drip edge, barrier paper and new architectural shingles on my son's garage. The crew was early to the jobsite, worked until finished and were courteous and respectful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up complete to blowing off the new roof, using a magnet to clear any nails that may have been dropped as well and did a visual inspection of the area before leaving. The price was fair and I would highly recommend The Roof Kings to anyone looking for a new roof. I'll use them again when I need any roofing work.

I got three bids from local roofers, all had a good online presence from homeowners so I felt comfortable narrowing it down to these three. I decided to go with Roof Kings because based off of four criteria: 1. Quality installation 2. Equipment 3. Warranty and coverage 4. Price Roof Kings installed hundreds of homes and are one of the largest roofers in the city with over 20 years of professional roofing experience. They also provided high quality shingles, presented me with multiple types, and let me choose what I thought to be the best value and quality. They were also able to do the roof quick, within a week and the job would have taken 1-2 days max, which was important to me. Price wise, they were not the cheapest (due to all the insurance the company holds being general liability, workers comp, auto.) but they were not the most expensive. Right in the middle. Honestly, I probably would have chosen them even if they were the most expensive. I felt comfortable when talking to the owner about his background and experience and felt that he was most knowledgeable and competent to do the job. More importantly, I had an issue with a small area near my window a year after the installation. The owner immediately came over, and within a couple of weeks, remedied the issue at no cost to me. How you service me after I give you my money... that's something we don't know this something happens. The last thing I want, is for a contractor to win the business and then dodge my call when I need service done. This showed that they stand by their word and warranty. Service couldn't better!

Ryan is great to work with and cares deeply about his customers and his reputation. Any issues that arose were dealt with professionally and to my satisfaction.

Answer all my questions on the process of replacing the roof. Work was done in a timely fashion. All and all a great job done

I must take back my other review! Craig came to our home and apologized for the miscommunication between project manger, Steve and himself. He spent a great deal of time looking at the roof and fixed the situation. This is an addition on the garage and now he has fixed it. The fact that he came here himself and took the time to explain the misunderstanding is a true sign of an honest and reliable worker!

Amazing job they did on the main roof, and the front and rear Excellent overall service from quote to finished job, showed up to the quote on time and explained exactly what needed to be done and what he will be doing. His crew was there and ready to work at 7AM, finished job by 4PM, and also had to do some patch before laying down new shingles, house looks great with an porch roof . Would definitely recommend Roof Kings. Most companies are not as professional as the rest around Boston.

I'm not one to write many reviews but I felt I must in this case! Our experience with The Roof King was beyond all expectations! We asked for a few added last minute requests and owner Craig and his foreman obliged readily. They were very generous with their time and efforts to please us! When the job was done 2 of my neighbors requested quotes with the company. And lastly the cleanup was perfect! Thank you Roof King!
