Description of Work: Martin renovated my third floor back deck, and replaced a very large slider door and window unit.

We were scrambling to prepare a space for my father to return home from rehab.Martin was willing to sacrifice a beautiful summer weekend so the work would be completed without any disruption to my father's transition home. Martin took care of everything.. the measuring ,preparing ,purchasing ,and most importantly the clean up after the job. It made what could have been a very stressful situation to a most pleasant one . Nice shiny new windows that are not drafty or a struggle to open and close!! Martin was very thoughtful and took an interest in what was going on and even offered ( at no extra charge) to reverse the swing of the back gate to allow easy access for the wheelchair ! We would not hesitate to recommend Martin and are looking forward to working with him again on more projects.
