My first car was from Quirk, so this was my second purchase from them. I haven't been to their showroom in 14 years. It's nicely upgraded. The lot is large. I like this dealership over other Nissan dealerships. I got a good car at a good price.

They sold me a car that had mold in it. When I went to them, even though it was still under warranty, they told me to take it to the dealer. When I first discovered the mold I had only had the car for 3 months.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Surly and unprofessional are two words that come to mind. Was asked to sign documents without reading them. When I declined, was told I could go elsewhere. When I asked to speak to the representative's manager, was told he was not there -- which turned out to be a lie, since he showed up some minutes later. I actually felt physically threatened. How hard is it to print out a document for review before signing? I would not trust these people for any purpose.
