The cost was more than I was expecting. I don't think that it was necessary but I paid it. I feel like they talked me in to buying something I didn't need. The service was over priced. They are very friendly and go out of their way to try to make your experience pleasant. But I feel like they should not try to up-sell you. They are always trying to sell you more than you need. That is my problem with them. They give good quality. They are not comfortable when you go in and I think it is because they know that they are selling you more than you need. They always look nervous there. The very first time I went in, a guy there said, you are going to receive an email. You have to give me a 5 for everything or I will be fired. I think that is why everybody is nervous there. They are very worried, you have to give them the highest grades. I just stopped filling in their surveys when they send them out because they send like 3 or 4 of them after every time you go. They could stop harassing me afterwards with their surveys. I would use them again only because it is convenient.

I always have my car serviced at Quirk Ford and I think that they are a rip off. They always find a reason to charge me for something I don't need. I need to find somebody else. The only reason I bought it was because I needed a  car to get back after vacation and I was about to go on vacation on Memorial Day weekend. I needed a  car because my car died. They were okay. It was quick and it was easy to get a car. I needed it like in 10 minutes. It was efficient and speedy because I knew what I wanted, they didn't have to sell me. I knew I needed a car. I knew I wanted a red Ford. Because of that, they gave me this kid who had not had any sales that month so that he could get sales because you have got to have a certain quarter. He was drunk. He smelled like alcohol. I knew exactly why they gave him to me because the manager was being nice. I would give them a good grade for being nice to the kid and giving him an opportunity. They could hire better and not allow their employees to come in smelling like vodka. The price was excellent. It was like $16000 it was really affordable. You know how you deal with multiple  people from a company; the manager was super professional, it was just this kid and so, I gave them a B on professionalism. I wouldn't use them again for car purchase but that is only because I am not  somebody who has loyalty to a car dealer. I go to the person that gives me the best price.

I only drive this car about 5,000 miles per year. I chose to have the
brakes repaired, since that seemed to be the most pressing. The brake
repair required rotor replacement. I hardly drive the car. And each
time I take the car into the dealer service department, they always
suggest all types of unnecessary maintenance items. Once they suggested
that I get my fuel flushed with an and quot;additiveand quot;. Once I took my car to
the have my bumper refastened, after someone bumped my car. Instead of
properly refastening the bumper, they zip-tied the bumper to the frame.

If you want a bad experience buying a car this is the place to go.....Home of the high pressure, arm twisting salesmen that don't let you leave without buying a car. These guys are the perfect example of why people hate car salesmen. I had tried to look at cars at Quirk a few years ago and had forgotten how uncomfortable and stressful this experience could be at Quirk. Well the experience was repeated again this weekend. After answering the question "How much did we want to spend" at least four times... They proceed to show me cars that are priced much higher (I'm sure the sales manager tells the salesmen "the customer can always afford more"). As for the cars, one of the "FORD pre-owned vechicle specials" It was special all right, it must have had a dog tied up in the back or it for a long time because the rear most seat belt was completely chewed up and the car smelled like it. Of course, the salesman would "have to talk to the manager about replacing it". One could barely sit in the car with the windows closed. Of course if you bought it you could always open the windows, I suppose. Quirk hires a bunch of kids out of high school, puts them in dark striped suits and teachs them to be friendly and talkative until they get the deposit (lure the sucker in). Quirk also teaches them to be deceitful and dishonest (by telling the customer that they have their best interests in mind while they are actually only interested in moving product). Anyone who has seen the movie Fargo knows what I mean. If you decide not to buy a car, or to even stop looking a car at Quirk you will see just how rude they can be. They actually INSULTED my wife and family because we were leaving without buying a car. I suspect the sales manager has told them not let the customer leave the lot without buying a car. The Quirk salesmen have done more to sell cars at all the other South Shore Ford dealers than any Ford company incentives. I guess I'm not the only one that feels this way. I had my car towed in when it died in the big snow storm. I had purchased my car at Quirk. It took a full day to get an estimate, which was $850 to replace the battery and alternator. When I said that was too high, he dropped it to $800. I said it was still too high and I would call around for other prices. So he called me back and said he had "misread" the labor estimate. He thought a "0" was a "6" on the hourly rate! So now the price was "only" $700! How could he not know the price of the hourly labor? I think he was being dishonest. In any case, I had my car towed to Mike's Auto Service in Sommerville, who did the same work for $430. Finally, Quirk charged me $100 just for looking at my car! I would NEVER use this dealership again, and would highly recommend that they be avoided.

I would never recommend this dealer, and I would never use them again. The repair did not work and I had to buy a new car in the end. They replace parts and don t actually repair cars. Their technicians are not repair men. Their desire is basically to maximize the repair bill and they don't particularly care about giving you a fair deal. They don t really offer expertise in repair.
