Could not have gone better. While I was there the technician was able to first unfreeze the starter cord and then start the motor. It took perhaps ten minutes of his time and I was not charged a dime. I have used this vendor for both mower and snow blower repairs and service; this latest positive experience explains why.

I've used them for this service two years in a row now, and probably won't go back to the provider who I used to use.
They are easy to work with, prompt, very reasonably-priced, and always do a great job. They are never too busy to take care of this job, which can be considered too small and perhaps not worth the trouble for some other shops. But, it makes a big difference to me, and enables me to take care of my lawn with a well-maintained lawnmower.

I WOULD RATE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AS POSITIVE. THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS AFTER I PICKED UP THE MACHINE BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF THEM PROMPTLY.
