Prime Locksmith Mobile Service LLC is a locally owned and operated 24 hour mobile locksmith service covering a large portion of Eastern Massachusetts. Our coverage area includes all of Greater Boston, as well as most of the North and South shore, and the Metro West area as well. We take pride in our professional work ethic and ability to respond quickly to emergency situations. Our vehicles are equipped with some of the most state of the art key machines and key programmers, to help us keep up with the ever evolving industry of cutting various high security car keys. We use various resources to quickly gather information about our customers specific needs, so we can give accurate quotes for car keys right over the phone. We also provide lockout services for houses, cars, businesses, safes, or anything that anyone might find themselves locked out of. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we strive to keep our customers happy, so they can provide us with repeat work and word of mouth testimonials.

Absolutely wonderful! Dave had great communication with us. He called ahead of the appointment as requested. He was right on time. Explained our options to us and was very knowledgeable. I was so impressed by Dave and by his apprentice, Kendell. They were helpful and professional, and when they discovered that the interior mechanism of the deadbolt in the package was damaged, they ran out and got a substitute. I will always call Dave if I need a locksmith in the future.

Excellent! Dave went above and beyond to make sure our coded door lock was installed correctly. There was a piece that was needed in order to secure the lock and fill a hole. Dave searched until he found the piece we needed. He was professional and pleasant.

Great! Although it wasn't an emergency (I made an appointment in advance), Matt and Dave were really helpful and accommodating... especially since I could only be there on a Sunday. Matt called when he said he would and alerted me when he was en route. The work was done quickly and professionally and Matt was unfazed when I also needed a mailbox key. I would definitely use them again-especially if it was an emergency situation and I was locked out of my house or car!

The locks were very, very old. I have tried to get key copies in the past and found that most key copying places didn't carry the blanks any more. So I knew the job would be challenging. Prime did a great job of helping me understand what could and could not be done for each lock and helped me decide on the best path forward. Prime also made a special trip to a key specialist to get some of the rare blanks that were needed. All this was done within budget and within the time frame I expected. Not only did Prime do a great job, but I felt they went the extra mile for me.

He was a very nice guy. He came out to the house about 40 minutes after I called, as promised, laid out the options and prices, and replaced the lock within about 15 minutes. It was exactly what I needed. I will definitely call Prime next time I need a locksmith.

Lost my one and only key to my car so I called around to no avail. Finally I came across Prime Locksmith Mobile Service and Dave answered. He checked to see if he had the key in stock and said he would call me right back. About 10 minutes later he called me said he had the key and could be over in about 1 hr. He showed up promptly and got right to work. No more than 20 minutes later I had a new key for my car! He was very professional and did great work. I made sure to get his business card so I could refer him if I ever heard of someone needing similar services. Hopefully this never happens again but if it does I know who I'm calling!

I purchased a used VW Passat that came with only one key. I called Prime
Locksmith. Dave was able to make and program a new key. Dave also programmed a
