The first floors looked great and clean up was excellent too. However, the second floor had a lot of issues. There was footprint in the polyurethane, a huge drip of polyurethane across the floor entire width, and other spots that were just missed. He asked if that was rental unit, which it was not. And that shouldn't matter just do the job right and charge more if you are giving a "deal".
We asked him to back and fix it. He did promptly and apologized. It's not all about price! I'd rather pay more and get the job done right.
