I pulled up to find my property a milk crate full of Mason jars, and nutrients in the back of their work van. Owner Mike then ducked my calls so I used *69 to which he answered on the first ring. Currently dealing with the police over this matter. Avoid at all costs

For plumbing we had Patriots in here. They were excellent. The service was excellent. The workers were great. They left the area clean. They were on time. The work was completed that day.

They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone and the final price included washers that were completely gone. Overall the work was great, and the price was very reasonable. I didn't like that they took a day longer to get back to me - I initially contacted them via their website.

They called us back and said that they would send someone out that afternoon to take a look at the water heater. He showed up about 1 1/2 hours later and changed one of the parts. Made sure everything was dry and relit the water heater. It worked and has been working beautifully since. He left his company card and number in case we needed anything. I would surely call them again.

The person I spoke with had heard of this problem before, but he did not feel there was anything he could do to help me. I live in a condominium complex and he offered some advice about making sure people use low suds detergent. This was strictly a phone consultation only, no service was executed.

The cost listed includes the cost of the toilet and both the install and repair.

THEY RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY CAME OUT, THE MAN STARTED THE JOB, BUT IT TOOK KIND OF LONG FOR AN HOURLY RATE. HE WANTED TO DO IT A CERTAIN WAY BUT A PIPE WOULD HAVE BEEN VISIBLE. I ASKED HIM TO RE-DO, WHICH HE DID. HE WAS NEAT AND ORGANIZED. HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH HIS WORK.
