GUY MAKES HOUSE CALLS. THE FLAT FEE FOR COMING TO THE HOUSE WAS $65. THE $15 WAS FOR THE TECHNICAL TIME TO FIGURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXING IT. GUY TOOK LESS THAN 15 MINUTES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAIN TO US THAT SOMEONE HAD EITHER MOVE THE TV OR PUT SOMETHING METAL ON THE TV AND KNOCK OUT THE MAGNET IN THE TV CAUSING THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THE COLOR ON THE FACES WERE BLUE, WHILE THE REST OF THE PICTURES SEEMED FINE. HAD TROUBLE SHUTTING THE TV OFF.

DON'T USE THEM.
Description of Work: TV WAS UNDER WARRANTY. IT WAS RETURNED THE FIRST TIME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THE REPAIR SHOP WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX. THE SECOND TIME THE TV WAS RETURNED WITH EVERYTHING TINTED GREEN AND NO WAY FOR US TO ADJUST THE COLOR. WE HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE REPAIR.
