I called him at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning and left a message. Kevin McGrath called back in 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, he said I'll come over between 9 and 10 AM, but he arrived a little earlier before 9:00 AM. Within 20 minutes he had figured out a work-around to get it going temporarily, and explained that his son (also named Kevin) would check on getting a warranty replacement, and we could discuss this after the weekend. The fact that he came right away, knew exactly how to fix it (being an older gentleman he knew some tricks the younger guys probably wouldn't have come up with), and on a weekend made it well worth the price. I would definitely give him big thumbs up.

WATER HEATERS WERE LEAKING AND INSTALLED ONE SAME DAY AND THE OTHER ON A SATURDAY. EXTREMELY RELIABLE IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
