They installed the system a few years ago and did a great job. Now they just maintain it.

At first we were very pleased with the provider's services. They came promptly, did the work efficiently and explained what they did to our satisfaction.
However, on this last start-up in the beginning of May, the technician arrived later than quoted and looked very harried. We had recently changed the landscaping of our back yard and requested that in addition to the regular start-up that the technician change and/or move some sprinkler heads. This request was met with an apologetic 'no' and the technician proceeded to voice his own concerns with his employers; about how they scheduled too many jobs in one day to accomodate anything outside the start-ups and shut-downs, how he was approaching 60 and couldn't cope with that long a day, etc..
While we sympathize with the technician, we were left with the impression that Mass Irrigation is short on staff and pushing their existing staff well beyond normal measures and therefore do not suit our needs to upgrade our existing system. We will be finding another company whose staff are capable of providing the necessary time and effort required to handle the upgrade and maintenance of our lawn irrigation system.

Overall, it was a good experience. The installation went well, and the workers were friendly and efficient. There is an issue with one sprinkler head, but they are going to fix it.
