I scheduled an appointment in september. I was told it would be done in 2 weeks time. After multiple phone calls on my end and repeated delays I did not receive service until Christmas. Each time I called I was apologized to and assured my job would be attended to in "a couple weeks." The job was done well and quickly but I found the service overall unprofessional to continually delay a customer 3 months.
