Michael and his helper Gary were punctual, dependable, friendly, and paid a lot of attention to detail. They worked quickly to complete the project. Mike was very good at communicating with us, both in terms of asking questions, when listening to what we wanted, and when explaining why he thought something might or might not work well. The subcontractors he brought in (plumber and electrician) were competent and fast.
Mike was also great at dealing with the inspectors: we had two small glitches with our project, and in both cases he was on top of it, talking to them consistently and helping us to come up with solutions that would satisfy the building and plumbing inspector.
We are very happy with our new kitchen. We ended up adding on quite a few items to the project (new doors, roof fixes) because we were so happy with Mike's work, and because he was very reasonable about costs.

Well. Some problems arose at the end of the job. Jeff recommended a solution that worked out well. The problem was with the painting not his work.

His name is Mike Sullivan and he has done a lot of stuff for us. He's really great. He has a contractor's license but he is an independent. He's really good and we would use him again.
